Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your registration and enrollment in the Medical Coding Courses provided by Excelsior Technical NMB (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”). By checking the box above and completing the transaction, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before proceeding with your enrollment.

I. Payment Plan

Forms of Payment and Processing

1.1. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and
Discover for payment of the course(s) selected.

1.2. All credit card transactions will attract a $3.00
transaction fee.

II. Refund and Cancellation Policy

2.1 Drop/Transfer/Deferment/Refund Policy

Drop/Deferred/Transfer/Refund Request must be a written
request, signed and approved before the start of the 3rd scheduled class.

Drop/Add dates are highlighted on the Course Syllabus and
also announced in class sessions.

Course Credit or Deferment is valid for up to six months
from the initial date of Registration.

Please Note:  Any changes
to the Course type, date and/or length will be subjected to prevailing rates
and availability at the time of Re-registration. Drop the course, you lose the
current offer.

2.2 Refund:

70% Refunded; if DROPPED by end of 2nd/second class

Partial Refunded; processing fee of $125.00 will be applied
if DROPPED before attending any class and if you have not received notification
of the sending of books and study materials.

Minimum Deposit is Non-Refundable $622.00 will be applied if
DROPPED before attending any class, if you have received notification of the
sending of books and study materials (a partial refund will be applied to the
total amount paid).

No Refunds will be given for No-shows/attendance &/or
Request made after the scheduled Drop Date.

Drop/Transfer/Refund processing fee of $75.00 will be
applied; plus, any applicable charges to all transactions.

Refund Request is based on conditions of Student Enrollment
Agreement and processed within 30 business days of request.

The completion of the following Forms is REQUIRED and MUST
be signed and approved by an Excelsior Technical Associate:

You can request the aforementioned forms calling directly at
(305) 639-2627 and requesting them to be
sent via email.

III. AAPC Membership & AAPC Exam

AAPC Membership & AAPC Exam costs are NOT INCLUDED in
our packages unless otherwise stated by the current offer on the website.

3.1. AAPC Membership and AAPC Examination fees are not
included in the course payment.

3.2. AAPC Membership and AAPC Examination fees will be
charged to the student separately at the time of certification of their
choosing.

IV. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including but not limited to syllabi,
presentations, handouts, and online resources, are the intellectual property of
Excelsior Technical NMB.

You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create
derivative works of any course materials without our prior written consent. It
is important to comply with this requirement to protect our intellectual
property rights. In the event that we become aware of any unauthorized copying,
reproduction, or modification of our course materials, especially if it is done
with the intention of defaming, engaging in illicit distribution, or seeking
unauthorized financial gains, we reserve the right to take legal actions to
enforce our rights and seek appropriate remedies under the law. Such actions
may include but are not limited to pursuing damages, injunctive relief, and any
other legal remedies available to us.

V. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental,
special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your
enrollment and participation in the courses, including but not limited to any
errors or omissions in the course materials, loss of data, or financial loss.

VI. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance
with the laws of the state of Florida, United States. Any dispute arising out
of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of
the courts located in Miami FL.

VII. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal,
or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and
effect.

VIII. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement
between you and Excelsior Technical NMB regarding your registration and
enrollment in the Medical Coding Courses and supersede any prior agreements or
understandings, whether written or oral.
